Currently, Sonic Flow is exclusive to Macs with Apple Silicon (M-series chips). We are focused on perfecting the experience on this platform first. We plan to support more platforms in the future, but we don't have a specific timeline to share just yet.

Yes, an internet connection is required. Sonic Flow leverages cloud-based AI to provide fast and accurate transcriptions. This allows us to continually update and improve our models without requiring you to download large updates.

Is Sonic Flow Private and Secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your transcriptions are processed in the cloud, but we do not store your data. All of your transcriptions are stored locally on your machine. You can choose to opt-in to share your data to help us improve our AI, but this is off by default.
