Sonic Flow provides software and related services that let you work faster with your voice. The Service includes:

Performance depends on audio quality, background noise, models, and your network. Always check important output before you rely on it. Sonic Flow isn’t for emergency or life-critical use.

Accounts and Service Area

• • Keep your account details accurate and your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. One user on one device at a time (sign out to switch). We may update, suspend, or end access to protect the Service or comply with law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonic Flow isn’t liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. We aren’t responsible for losses from downtime, errors, or reliance on outputs.

Brand & Intellectual Property

• • Sonic Flow, our software, and our brand elements are owned by us.
• • These Terms don’t grant you any ownership or rights to them beyond the limited license to use the Service.
• • We may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar event.

General Terms and Law

• • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• • If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• • If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
• • Don’t use the Service if export control, sanctions, or similar laws prohibit it.
• • If you send ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the Service with no obligation to you.
